For product and data teams
Entity search, full records, officers, and federal lien checks, behind a clean REST API with provenance on every field. Build verification, enrichment, or monitoring on Florida data without parsing the state files yourself.
No card to start. Scale up when you ship.
sneyk offers a REST API for Florida business data: entity search, full entity records, officer lookups, and federal lien checks, each field carrying its source and as-of date. A bulk feed covers warehouse and model use. It saves teams from ingesting and normalizing the raw state filings.
You want Florida entity data in your product: to verify a business at signup, enrich a record, or watch for a status change. The source is the state, but the state hands you fixed-width text dumps on an SFTP server, with their own quirks, dirty dates, and no endpoint to call.
sneyk has already done the ingesting, cleaning, and county enrichment. You call a REST endpoint and get a clean entity record, with the source and as-of date on every field, so you build the feature instead of the pipeline.

Create an account and an API key. Start calling the public endpoints right away.
Entity search, full record, officers, and lien check, all REST, all JSON, all with provenance.
Drop verification, enrichment, or monitoring into your product, or pull the bulk feed into your warehouse.

A user enters their company. Call the entity endpoint and confirm it is a real, active Florida business before you let them through, in one request.

You have a business name and not much else. The API fills in the entity status, officers, registered agent, and county, each field sourced.

Point-in-time records and a bulk feed give your model the formation and status history, not just today’s snapshot, with provenance for every row.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| name | "MERIDIAN FREIGHT GROUP LLC" |
| status | "active" |
| formed | "2021-08-04" |
| officers | [ 3 ] |
| county | "Hillsborough" |
| source | "FL Div. of Corporations" |
| as_of | "2026-06-27" |
Search entities, pull a full record, list officers, and run a federal lien check, all REST and JSON.
Each value carries its source and as-of date, so downstream systems know where the data came from and when.
A bulk feed for your warehouse and point-in-time history for models, not just the current snapshot.
Predictable limits per key, so you can build and scale against them with no surprises.
No surprises after you sign up. Here is what sneyk does not do.

The Florida Department of State (sunbiz.org), ingested and normalized daily, with the source and as-of date on every field.
Daily. Records refresh from the state feed, so expect about a day of latency from a filing, not real-time.
The lien endpoint covers federal tax liens. UCC and state or local liens are not in the dataset.
Yes, on Pro, alongside point-in-time history for warehouse and model use.
